Torche from Monster Hunter Flash Hunter is who I'm going with right now, as she's the least likely to be said. Put bluntly, she is a airhead, and as such, she's not very good at communicating with other people and makes a lot of mistakes, but that's what makes her relatable. Share your favorite! Although if Asuna counts in this which I didn't know if she did because her normal hair color is not blue, but if she counts then she is my favorite.
