Cannot create thread in Creative Corner

I had just finished uploading my fan art in the Gallery section and wanted to make a thread for it in the Creative Corner but I literally cannot select the forum to create the thread there. Every other option can be selected besides that one. I am new here so is it because of that or is this a technical problem?

Due to apparent spam messages (e.g. advertising posts), the leadership of AF decided to take countermeasures. I would advise you to read our forum guidelines about advertising, here. Thanks for your understanding.

As for the part of being new, would you like to introduce yourself to the community? I would like to welcome you anyway, ask away in case you got any other questions.
