Pinned Topics

Hey O @Optic the pinned item you buy in the shop is great but I feel like with the layout of the forums it should be pinned at the top of all the posts instead of getting pushed down.
In the screenshot I circle where a pinned topic is and draw an arrow to where it should go.. But this is just a suggestion so pinned topics get pinned to the top.

Hi @Estatia, feedback noted. @Wedgy described the current correct behaviour.

We can adjust it so pinned topics appear across ALL areas but this would quickly become overwhelming as it would quickly make the first  page on the homepage very overwhelming if there are too many "global pinned topics"

I agree having pinned topics had more effect when the forums were all in individual pages.

As topics are also appearing across from Clubs now this would be even more overwhelming.

The topic is pinned to the top of 'Music,' where it is posted. The likely reason you don't see it at the top of All is because it is not pinned to 'All'. The very same reason you won't see it pinned to the top when you browse 'General Anime' or 'Introductions.'

I am aware I suggest it to be automatically be pinned to the top of all otherwise it really isn't pinned considering I don't imagine people only having music always selected.

why is the post you just made in this thread (and another you just made) ended up in the middle between the older posts ? seem odd to read esp when you quote both and I only see one above then hello theres the other below your post

Hi @Wodahs, this specific forum type works in a Q&A style format. When a post is marked as "Best Answer" by myself ((or the topic author) it will automatically be moved to the top.
