Can I post a recruitment topic for a japanese translator?

I have been translating a manga but I have no real knowledge of Japanese (outside of hearing phrases I can understand) so I was looking for a place to look for a Japanese translator, I have translated some pages but it takes me quite a long time and a lot of resources. I can do everything else.

I would say yes its allowed I approved this for you.  Though I know some Japanese, and am certainly no slouch I am pretty much in the same boat as you far from fluent.
