Although you can make these in Photoshop, GIMP, Fireworks or whatever graphics editing app you use, sometimes you just want a quick and easy app with templates and I reckon this one does the job well. Here's a really quick one I made with no plot using some screenshots from Love Live - School Idol Project: Give it a go, and feel free to post your creations here.
