I had this problem as well. The problem for me is the incredible length of those shows you listed. What I did (I don't know if it will work for you) is to instead of watch popular stuff watch series with 13-25 episodes. Doing this defiantly got me back into anime.

How do you even solve that? It is an expression there is no answer to it. If you had set it equal to something or y then it would be possible. But assuming you wanted it set equal to 0 the answers are 4,-9

It depends on what I'm watching. Anime is one of those things were just one reaction cannot fit all series. For example, when I was watching something like "Clannad" I was very tense and it was suspenseful but when I watch something like "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" I'm very hyped and really into the action.
