I would suggest cowboy bebop its older but still really good

I am reading uzumaki, and man its creepy but a good kind of creepy. I would definitely recommend if your In to that kind of stuff

I haven't seen any top horror anime and/or manga so that's a possibility 

I am new to this site as of today, and don't really understand how it work but I will probably figure it out. I have just gotten into anime and am really liking it so far, if you have any recommendations I will gladly accept.
