    Yes Welcome to the NHK, I am glad someone I know has seen what I have seen. The show is absolutely brilliant. :) I don't often rate things legitimately 5/5 but this one deserved it alongside The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya and So Ra No Wo To. Those three shows are the only ones on my list I consider true 5/5 shows, my other 5/5 ratings are for honorable mentions but not necessarily that quality.

      I legit don't like rating things 10/10 or 5/5. I'm believer that nothing is perfect, however I would totally defend your score on NHK. That series deserves a lot more love than it gets.
