i have recently learn about this old- anime called Darker than black. were humans with special abilities called contractors are being used by different agencies for their own purpose. The main protagonist Code name Hei, also known as the Black Reaper, works for the criminal Syndicated and different agencies. this individual is identified by a start code name BK201 because every time he uses his abilities the start shines in the sky giving that name base on numeric patterns of the galaxy. please check it out.
