Thank you for your efforts but it's not this one i remember it having like 1 episode

I had watched this anime a long time ago on discord with my friends, and we are trying to remember what its called but we remember some of the plot. At the very start of the anime there is a guy who is in a sewer and eats a rat. Then he proceeds to talk about how he got into that situation. At one point he is smoking a cigarette. If anyone knows what this anime is called please tell me and thank you in advance.
