I'm not sure if it's appropriate to ask about this here. Haven't had any luck with reddit. I'm looking for a 2000s-2010s anime about a super soldier girl clone and a scientist (her creator or something of the sort). The girl has a crush on a scientist but he is dismissive of her. I remember some action scenes but no details on that. I also remembered a part of the episode I watched, it took part on a plane that was going down so the scientist started ejecting the cargo, in the end he had to jump taking the clone girl with him. An ending of that episode featured narration of the girl being upset at being ignored by the scientist. Basically main characters are: a generic anime girl with big titties dressed in something tight and a scientist dude wore a white lab coat who is also blonde(probably) .
