Hey guys. Wondering if anyone out there can help me identify this anime. The villain is corrupt and builds gold statues of himself while he's people resort to canabilism. He uses fire to burn down an entire city. I believe he's eventually taken down by the MC's party using a missile. But he still lives and comes back into the story later. Really want to re-watch this but I can't remember anymore details or the title. Can anyone help?
