So while i was going about my day today i came across this drawn picture in a window. I was really impressed looks really well drawn. Id like to identify the character & the anime that she comes from. Hoping you all could help, i tried 2 of my friends who are big anime fans but they both said she looked familiar but they could not recall a name or an anime.
