I’d honestly compare a few stores before buying. BBTS is probably the easiest option in the U.S., while AmiAmi and Tokyo Otaku Mode are also worth checking for preorders. I usually look at Japan Figure as well because their prices are often pretty competitive and they regularly add newly released One Piece figures. The best option really depends on the figure, shipping cost, and whether it can arrive before the birthday.
