  1. I don't know how to explain it properly (since I myself have not been properly diagnosed) but it is hard for me to read a lot of text, especially for any prolonged period of time and that really limits my ability to read (let alone enjoy) Manga, Novels, books etc. So I was wondering if there were any sites (or off-site) I could go to for an audio or narrated library of Manga-novels?

If anyone can offer any solution to my problem I would greatly appreciate it. ^_^ Take care and thank you for your responses.

  2. Not sure if the type of anime youre interested in...(many of the terms you used are unknown to me...for now xD) but I really liked Black Lagoon, take note that it is definitely a more adult themed anime (violence cursing and the 3rd season contains nudity) but really good. I don't know how you feel about SAO but I thoroughly enjoyed it (guilty pleasure) If you have some time to kill in between anime's might I suggest watching some of the Abridged series (Good for laughs and some are actually REALLY good) Good luck

"A quick edit" Also I highly recommend Spice and Wolf

  3. I like romance anime but I can't say that I have really watched too many that I could reccomend similar to SAO~

This is why I am going to tag @mechaBD xD He is an emotional sap that can't stop watching romance. So we will wait and see what he has to say here~

On a side note, I totally loved SAO, despite all the hate I see about it. :P

Agreed, Glad to see there are others who can see what I see in SAO as well ^^ and thank you for your assistance

  4. ...an anime that really hits the feels? Call me a Sap, Emo, Hopeless Romantic...what have you but I really enjoy story lines that pull at the heart strings. Anything from tragic romances that end in the death of a love interest to happy endings...as long as a good part of the story is about the growth in the relationship between the main protagonists...or if they exist protagonist and antagonist. I am sure it comes as no surprise from my profile and sig that SAO is a good example of what I am looking for. I know many anime enthusiasts find SAO pretty generic but that should just make your recommendations easier xD

Thank you for your suggestions ^_^

  5. TBH it would have to be the three that first open my eyes to the world of anime which would be DBZ, Pokemon and Inuyasha...While they didn't influence anything like a job decision or major purchases etc they did change the way I look at the world and introduce me to feelings I didn't know I had at the time. While American cartoons occasionally play on these themes, nothing comes close to anime

  6. Giving that I haven't watched a wide variety of anime I don't know if my opinion is a valid one but while it is a trope used a lot in gaming, movies (and apparently anime as well) it isn't so much the "surprise" moment that impacts me but how the characters interact with each other (especially at that moment) so it all depends.

  7. 1. Who can you relate to the most? I don't know if this counts but Kirito in SAO Abridged (parody)

    2. Who would be your best friend(s)? Soul and Eren (Soul Eater and AoT) Seems like a good balance xD

    3. Who would be your crush? Asuna (I love her strong demeanor but she can be romantic and sensitive to whom she cares for)
