The anime features a main character that is if I recall correctly protecting a young girl. Its in modern era japan, but the character has martial arts training. As part of his family's ( I think he was adopted into it) teachings he has a surgery to implant a type of bone sword in his elbow. If anyone can help me find this anime again it would be really appreciated OMG NVM i found it! its Kure-nai , hahaha
