i need help finding an anime.

so it is about a family moving england if i am not wrong from japan. i believe it was for better job opportunities after war. they are family of 5 or 6 including mother fayher two or three sisters idk. the oldest sister has a love interest on this boy who also happens to be there. the two youngest sisters are pretty bold and mean. for the first few episodes they live in beach shore in tent. they plan on moving to a new house soon. i only watched like few ep and after that yhe site i watch watching crashed and now idk where to find. 

also if i am correct one if the character name is something like lucy. please help me find it. also the cover pafe of anime is two sisters and their pet. it is not a popular anime. and if u guys know then please tell me if there is any website where i can find anime woth description.
