Anthropology student requesting help from people.

Hello! My name is Sam, and I am a student of Anthropology. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to take part in an interview or take a survey. I'm looking for people who frequently attend conventions like Comic Con and/or individuals who own a large collection of anime/manga/comic merchandise. I am looking at how these habits of spending and owning lots of merch connects to materiality (Objects can have a cultural meaning and reflect social relations and identity. These objects can communicate parts of the human experience in a society where the object(s) are present). If you do take part in one or both of these, you should know:

• You will be completely anonymous
• You can revoke consent for interviews/surveys at any time and ask that I not use your information
• You can ask to see how your information was used at any time
• If there are any notes/recordings from an interview (if you consent to it), they will be destroyed once they have been used

Please let me know if you are interested. This is very important and is worth most of my grade
