neilkamen Posted October 17 Share Posted October 17 Hey dudes and dudettes (and everyone in between) I was putzing around on YouTube and I saw episode 9 from the eighth season of Hero Academia. The Todoroki family ending is absolutely heartbreaking. Touya/Dabi sarcastically comments on Endeavor's saying that he's retiring from being the country's Number One Hero. "My condolences. It's a bit late to flatter me, coward." I teared up when Shoto asked Toyua his favorite food and he answered soba and apologized, presumably for not being a better brother. What makes it worse is that the training (abuse?) came from Endeavor's jealousy of All Might to the point where he likely took out his jealousy on Shoto and Toyua., thus likely ruining any chancy of reconciliation.
