What do you like best about Anime Cons?

My top 3 things I enjoy the most about the conventions are:

1.) Being able to dress up and cosplay as my favorite character WHILE walking around as that character without people looking at me strangely.

2.) The merch booths. Quite often I can find things there I can't find anywhere else other than online for jacked up prices.

3.) Connected with other anime fans in my area that I wouldn't have met otherwise. I've made some long-lasting connections with people I now consider friends from anime cons.

I love being around like-minded people! I love being able to talk about anime and geek out. I also love being able to meet people and potentially make new friends.

My fave parts of going to any type of cons is being able to meet voice actors and getting to buy exclusive merch you can only find at the cons. Super chill to see all the cosplayers and hang with people that are into the same things you're into and nerd out.

Oh man, Anime Cons are the best! I love the energy everyone’s just so hyped to be there, geeking out over their favorite shows and characters. The cosplays are insane too seeing people put so much passion into their outfits is next-level inspiring. Plus, it’s the perfect place to meet fellow fans, snag cool merch, and just vibe in a space where no one judges your obsession with niche anime. 10/10 would recommend.
