WATCHING ANIME IS LIKE ME TRYING TO RESET EVERYTHING, THE STRESS OF EVERYDAY PLUS THE ANXIETY I ALWAYS FEEL WHEN I MISS MY DAD. A CHANCE TO ESCAPE REALITY AND BE IMMERSED IN A WORLD I WANTED BE IN. WISHING ISEKAI IS REAL NOT ONLY IN ANIME BUT IN THE REALWORLD ASWELL.  I GUESS THAT IS JUST WISHFUL THINKING :) 

THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF MANILA, IS REALLY TAKING IT'S TOLL ON ME, BOTH MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. THE NOISE OF ALL THE CURRENT EVENTS ALSO\\\\\ NOT HELPING. WHEN I GO TO BED, ALTHOUGH I SLEEP AND GET THE 8HOURS REQUIREMENT I STILL FEELS SO SLUGGISH, HEAD THROBBING AND I REALLY FELT I DID NOT CATCH ANYSLEEP AT ALL, WHEN I DO WAKE UP, I FEEL SO DEMOTIVATED. WHEN I DO FEEL LIKE WORKING ITS LIKE THAT CHANCE ONLY COMES IN SO SELDOM I HAD TO EVEN LOOK FOR IT. BUT I DO FIGHT THE URGER TO PROCASTINATE AND FIND THINGS THAT CAN MAKE ME MORE MOTIVATED WITH LIFE ITSELF.  >.<

Anime is certainly a good distraction from the real world, especially ones you can immerse yourself in and feel as if you're a part of. Perhaps you're feeling a little burnt out with work and that's why it never feels as if you're getting enough sleep. Have you thought about taking a break or a small vacation to relax from every day stressors?

I feel like that some days too, not all the time though thankfully but yeah ~ sometimes I can get 8 hours of sleep and be tired, 12 hours and be tired, sleep 24 hours and still be tired, makes no sense XD Anime is pretty much the same for me too. I can't really get into an anime unless I can see myself in it in some way I guess lol

I think so too, I feel I am so burnt out to the point hate waking up in the morning and work. but still have too. I SMILE AND LAUGH AT WORK BUT IT EXHAUST MY ENERGY EVEN MORE.

WOAH!!! I WISH I CAN ALSO SLEEP FOR 24 HOURS ALSO, BUT ADULTING LIFE HAS OTHER PLANS FOR ME. and it does annoy me to think that I cannot be lazy just like before. :(

Those days are mostly me laying around in bed because of depression naps or something so I can't say it's a "good" thing lol ~ but only on the weekends too, I have classes during the week. I hate when that happens though because I feel like I've wasted an entire weekend.

OK I UNDERSTAND IT NOW, YEAH I THINK IT IS NOT A GOOD THING.  :(
