I think live action versions of anime can be interesting, but they’re often hit or miss. Some, like Alita: Battle Angel, did a great job capturing the spirit of the original, while others, like Death Note or Dragon Ball Evolution, lost a lot of what made the anime special. It’s hard to fit the same emotion and style from animation into live action. Still, I respect the effort when done well.
