Tower of God has a lot of similar things and you might like it ~
One Punch Man and Overlord too, and Konosuba is kinda similar though I think you've watched that.
You could try Failure Frame too though I haven't watched this so I'm not sure it's good but I've heard it's like Solo Leveling.

If you are meaning here on this site, then you just go to the top bar where it says "Forum, Clubs, Blogs, Activity" and click on "Blogs".
After that in the top right section you'll see "Create a new blog". You'll click that and then go through the steps of naming it, adding a description, etc.
Then you'll be able to start posting entries into it.
