Anyone else who actually liked this anime?

I’m talking about “Fairy Gone” by the company P.A. Works. While I see it did get a lot of hate, I personally enjoyed it. I watched the first episode in 2019, but was discouraged due to the reviews it received. Finally in May of 2021, I decided to revisit it and I’m glad that I did! 
 

My reasons for liking it.

1. The art of course. I also loved the CG graphics that were used for the monsters(fairies).

2. It had an interesting plot. It certainly got better by season 2.

3. The character designs, dynamics, and relationships I also admired as well. 

4. No fanservice stuff. I actually found that really refreshing. 

5 The uniforms the characters wore. They certainly did look cool in them!

Now is it a perfect anime? No, but it was a pretty fine anime in my opinion.

I watched two/three episodes when it was airing, drop it .. and this is the first time i thought about it .. I'm not even sure why i drop it, i do remember getting really excited for the art but i feel like that was all it had going for it at that time. I don't know.. maybe the pace was to slow for my taste, i also vaguely remember that in that time there were a few other animes with a similar plot that got more attention and had better fights (the better is of course relative).
