  1. First up was a classic. That one was Soul Eater! My first time ever watching it actually. (What was I doing in my teen/preteen years that I was missing out on something as cool as this anime!) Comparing it to FF, it's both easy and hard to tell this was the same guy! Anyway, it was fun and all the characters had cool designs, especially Death the Kid. Pretty much back to back(If I'm using this term correctly) I watched both Spy X Family and Chainsaw Man. Spy X Family, though it was cute, I can't say it was really my favorite. Don't get me wrong, there were multiple things about I enjoyed, such as Anya interacting with her peers, but again, I'm generally not a huge slice of life person(There are a few others under the genre I do enjoy though). I will watch season 2 though and maybe even the upcoming movie. Now Chainsaw Man, that was pure wildness, and I adored it! Both Denji and Power were hilarious. Plus Who forget little Pochita? And now, I'm watching Odd Taxi.
  2. I have been wanting to share these on here for a while. Everything, including the shelf I made by myself.
  3. I do. It's called "My Brain is Different". It's a nonfiction. I just read it, and was really moved by it.
  4. Now I learned about it from a lot of YT videos on lost media. The story stems from a post on 4chan. There was a question asking people about something really messed up that they saw. one user claimed they came across this disturbing anime short (I guess that's what its was), called "Go for A Punch". The details are that it was 80s quality, and the female characters in it appeared to have Hayao Miyazaki-like designs. In this film the girls are trapped in this bathroom with no windows. First half, they're confident that they will find their way out, second half, they lose hope and begin to take their own lives in very gruesome ways. That's pretty much what everyone knows about it.
  5. I don't know if this is the place to put this, but I was wondering if anybody on here knows about "Saki Sanobashi" or "Go for a punch". If you're not familiar, it's basically this anime film that was discovered on the deep web. I know that it's been proven fake, but if you know about it, do you still believe it exists somewhere?
  6. Yes, I just got the first volume, thinking I would like it. I'm really wondering if I am missing something, because I didn't get the enjoyment I was expecting to get from the other stuff I like. (For one thing, I prefer anime over manga, despite having a small collection of it.) I did find the plot kind of interesting, and I loved the twist that happened with the main character. Other than that, I probably didn't care so much for the character designs, except for this one female character. If you have read it, should I give it another chance and re-read it? I would continue, but I want to save room for other manga.
  7. I did have myself read the light novel before I watched the anime to get a better understanding of how things were being used.
  8. I'm right now in the middle of watching 86eightysix season 2, and I love it so far, but there were some questions raised. I saw that it got some pretty negative criticism for how it uses war and racism, and I don't know, if this is just me, but I honestly did not see anything very wrong? So I wonder if any of you thought the way it tackles those theme's is kind of odd. Note: I would cite these reviews or criticisms, but I don't know if that's allowed. I will say, one was on MAL though.
  9. I just checked, and it turns out FF season 3 has been announced! Overjoyed, but certainly in a calm manner.
  10. I should have done Flare as well, but I don't have any polymer clay at the time.
  11. She's one of the creatures that is owned/used by the platoon. Looks like a cute creature, but is very smart and very aware.
  12. It kind of has a rocky history. So, the main character Marine Suzuki is supposed this college aged woman (about 20) who is an immigrant from Japan. (She came to the U.S. to start a new life) She goes to a university and lives with several friends of hers in a campus house. Then, there is this evil, mysterious group of soldiers, known as the "White Blossom" Platoon, and they live in a very secluded area. Basically, there's this very weird scenario going on, and the plot may need work. I know, you're going to probably going to have a few questions here and there.
  13. Yeah. That's the one. I was wondering if you were curious about my series "Militaria", since I never explained the plot of it.
  14. 1 episode in, and already jittery and creeped out. But I'm liking it!
  15. Some figurines I have made overtime of some of my favorite characters. There's Retsuko, Chima(Fairy Gone), Sputter(Fire Force), TP(86eightysix), and the last one, Blue Hazel is a character from my own anime-inspired art series, "Militaria".
  16. You think I'm going to be able to stomach the amount of gore that's in it?
  17. You know, I honestly will jump for joy if it got a 3rd season. Plus, I will be checking out AOT tomorrow.
  18. I know I have said this a few times already, but "Fairy Gone" I found very enjoyable.
  19. I know this reply is late, but there is something I found interesting. While the anime is rated TV-Y7 in the U.S. and the uncut version being rated PG, Funimation's dub and some of the content turns it into something that feels strongly like it should be rated PG 13 or TV-14, because even then it's pretty edgy even for an anime that's supposed to be family friendly. I know the manga was more mature and adult in nature(have not actually read most of it), but it seemed odd to me. Then again, nothing is taboo in anime, so...
