So basically, its this one guy that has finally bought his childhood home. And as he has a picture of himself and a sibling as kids in a kiddie pool, and one girl comes on a train and apparently is his sister (She has a copy of the same photo) then later a second girl comes and says she is the sister. again she has a copy of the picture.

And if i remember correctly the girls try to become teachers or teachers assistants at this guy's school.

There are films about sisters returning to their childhood home, like Sisters (2015), or thrillers involving hidden people in a house (like The Pact), but none seem to combine all the elements you've mentioned, especially the two different girls with the same photo and the school job aspect.
