Yes, ask for a refund. I had this same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago. Unless they declare force majeure they have to deliver by the date you paid for.
Also get ready for more of this nonsense. These on/off/on tariffs are creating massive confusion in the supply chains. Some container ships actually got halfway to their destinations then were turned around and sent back because if they had actually delivered their cargos the companies receiving them would have lost money after taxes. It's really hard to run a business when in the time it takes a ship to get from there to here the price you have to charge to make a profit can change half a dozen times.
