haha, thats how i felt for the first week ever of training legs.
now they are fine unless i cant go for some reason, so i have to skip a week and then they hurt a little when i do train them.
did you do squats ?
also did you train calfs ?
if you haven't the burn is unreal, like i cant even explain it, its like someone is ripping the muscle out of your body or someone is stabbing your calf with s screw driver.
thats the type of burn you get when you train calf's, i just trained chest/calfs....
if this is your first time training legs it may hurt for a few days...
