Some time back I started an anime and unless I accidently started mid season in the first episode the guy is carrying a girl through a dungeon with monsters chasing them. for at least part of this he's carrying her on his back. She's not clothed but somehow she ends up with some animal fur of something to wrap up in.
I'm watching Arifureta right now and the scene when he rescues Yui reminded me of this other anime.
It's possible the scene I'm remembering is the one from Arifureta, But I don't feel like it is. I'm pretty sure it was a was other anime.
