Hi I was find a anime similar to Boogiepop and others not the Phantom one, I like the whole Copr Conspiracy and  Noir vibes or same anime as this.

I’m not entirely sure if it’s what you’re looking for (or if you’ve already seen them) but Ryogo Narita’s work might be worth looking into (Baccano, Durarara, Dead Mount Death Play). In each case there are supernatural mysteries that unfold from the differing but connected perspectives of a large cast of characters. Paranoia Agent as well.

For something similar to Noir, maybe Love of Kill.
