animeresearch25
Hi All, My name is Charlotte Varey and I am a psychology student at the Open University. As part of my studies, I am conducting a research project that contributes to my degree. My project explores the possible relationship between the genre and amount of hours spent watching anime, and sexist attitudes viewers may hold in real life. My hope is that the findings will shed light on whether frequently consuming anime content results in more sexist attitudes amongst viewers. You have been invited because you are over the age of 18 and have watched at least one episode of anime in your lifetime. You will be asked questions about your age, gender, ethnic origin, your anime consumption habits and your attitudes towards gender roles. This survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. https://openss.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bKlS2CLjbmhlGke Thank you for your help
Wickett
I'm sorry, but is this for real? Did you choose this survey or were you assigned this? A primarily fictional genre of entertainment which has every kind of content you can imagine and a qualifying person only has to have seen one episode of anime in their life? This would be like saying that the person who didn't get cancer ate an apple when they were 11 and trying to find a correlation between the two.
