Trying to find this post apocalyptic manga

Hey I’ve been trying to find this manga for years now and still can’t. I think it’s kind of old and all I can remember is that this little girl is born in this world where there’s this dome full of monsters and you kill them to get money but most people aren’t strong enough so they live on the outskirts in poverty. She really wants to get this dress for her mum for her birthday I think but when she enters the dome she’s about to get killed by one of the monsters before someone quickly comes in and saves her. That’s all I remember and I think it’s only the first panel of the manga because I didn’t read any more of it. Please let me know if you have any ideas!
