I personally found this starting episode of K-ON! to be bizarre. Seeing how absent-minded Yui was, but yet by the end of the episode it's clear her attitude was adorable. :angel:

 

Even just the minor conflict of trying to convince Yui to stay in the club to avoid the club closing was great. xD
