3d scanners i'd like to know

same as my thread about 3d printers

I am interested in what I hear about 3d scanners and one may be of some use to me in one of the industries im involved with

so if you have any info on them or have used them please flood me with all the info

I have dealings with restoration and customizing of older vehicles and some parts are getting harder to come by and whats out there can be hard to repair or revive

one may be handy for this area (coarse price again of course) but effectively the scan bed would need to be at least in the size of (metric) 1.5mtr x .5mtr x .5mtr or (impiral) 5ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft or larger
