ankokuryuumugen
This is actually not an adult visual novel. But it is still a visual novel and thus I decided to group it here. What can I say? Mindscrew to the extreme. Its like 999: nine hours nine persons nine doors. That's because it is written by the same people. Some might complaint that it was a messy experience. I have to say, I deliberately spoiled myself and that helped me make more sense of it. But on the other hand, the imapct wasn't that great. Actually I tend to spoil myself for visual novels because its like years before it gets translated. chiefyamaki
999 was one of the games which gave me a deep strong impression. Not many NDS games actually deal with gore and killings and therefore it is somewhat a fresh experience for me when I played it on my NDS lite. On the other hand I have never played Ever 17 but have always wanted to since I have heard about it from... somewhere I don't remember after playing 999. I think I should be looking at it soon enough.
ankokuryuumugen
Yeah, I love these type of mystery games. 999 is even better than Ever because now we have puzzles instead of just talking. Too bad 3DS will never get emulated, so I have to watch ppl play Zero escape: Virtue's last reward.
