how do i fix malformed utf8 data?

Hey all, I was watching Higurashi no naku koro ni kai yesterday morning and then I got the error "malformed utf8 data try another browser". I tried another browser and the same thing happened. I clicked off kissanime after that and I got hacked, hacker didn't get to do anything at all and was kicked out of my cpu by miscrosoft help; But how do I fix malformed utf8 data? Idk if that is the reason I got hacked because I honestly don't even know what utf8 data is. But anyway I would like to have it fixed so I can watch ep 3.

Anybody know a fix for this or will the website fix it itself? Also, is it a big deal, could it have been the reason I got hacked or no? I still don't have a clue what it means, anyway thx.

No, I think I will just use another site for now. I hear kissanime will be fixed soon (hopefully) so I can just wait till then while watching anime on a diff site. Anime9 any good? Got recommended to me a few times.
