I can't think of the name of an anime, even though I think it should be obvious. What I remember about it, was that it was a mech anime, where the pilot was somewhat reluctant to ride his mech that I can't remember the name of which would really help. In one episode I remember he was fighting at an airstrip and some other minor characters started livestreaming it before the government cut them off. It was at the end of that fight that one of the enemy characters was revealed to be someone who looked human that another whose name I again can't remember knew. I know there were these large towers that played an important role but I can't remember what they were called. I want to say the anime was pretty recent though, within the last year and a half for sure.

I finished Vampire Princess Miyu about a day ago. Didn't bother to share my thoughts on it because it's one of those anime that's just "okay" enough that I have no thoughts. I gave it 7/10. It's incredibly bleak at times, but also kinda boring at other times. A more mediocre version of Hell Girl that's unfortunately dated. I like its style though, particularly the title card and the "ending card" that made it seem like it's some traditional folk tale from feudal Japan, which is befitting for an anime titled "Vampire Princess Miyu". Though honestly speaking, Miyu didn't really feel like royalty and more like "The Chosen One" from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. lol

Right now I am reading My Hero Acdemia. It’s very popular so you may have heard of it. It is about a world in which people are born with superpowers known as “quirks”. The main character, Izuku Midoriya was born without a quirk so he was destined to be an outcast for the rest of his life. However, he looked up to the number one hero and wanted to be just like him. He wanted to be a hero that everyone liked. But how could he do that if he had no quirk? It’s really good. I’d recommend you read it if you haven’t already.
