Apps like Manga Plus, Shonen Jump, or Crunchyroll Manga let you binge-read the latest chapters legally (some even for free!). But hey, some purists still swear by physical books for the vibe—nothing beats flipping pages and that *new manga smell*, right?. Do you use any, or are you old-school? I am one those who didn’t like more apps in system and only use in web browser.

I usually feel a web browser is easier to use when it comes to reading manga. I'm glad it's not just me. For that reason I'm using my computer instead of the phone when reading. 4

efaardvark
Unfortunately I can't read off a typical PC/Laptop display for any length of time without getting a headache. Playing games is usually ok (low frame rates or jitter in FPSs can induce motion sickness), but reading is a no-go. Something in the refresh flicker gets me. Or something. People tell me that the refresh is so short that that can't possibly be the problem. All I know is that I can't read off a computer or tablet display for more than about an hour at a stretch before I get a headache. But reading from paper is no problem. I've got a few manga in paperback. Also the e-ink displays seem ok. After discovering that I went and bought myself a Boox reader/notebook. I've been using that for a couple/few years now and it's been a good investment. In fact I'm thinking about upgrading to one of the new color e-ink displays. They're still a bit expensive tho and I haven't pulled the trigger on that yet.
Cangaru
I’m kind of in between tbh. I do use apps sometimes because it’s just easier when I’m not at home, but I still prefer reading on a bigger screen. On my phone I feel like I get tired faster and I can’t really enjoy the art the same way. Lately I’ve been switching more to PC or browser reading, especially for longer series. It just feels more comfortable overall. I haven’t tried e-ink yet though, but after reading your comment @efaardvark that actually sounds like a really good option. Might look into that.
