Most people I know have seen this one, it's called Watamote, or No Matter How I Look at It, Its You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular. It's about a girl named Tomoko who is a freshman in high school, and pretty weird, which results in her not being popular with kids at her school. The anime can get a little awkward/cringe at times, but it makes up for being part of the experience. There are 12 episodes in total, and if you haven't watched it, I recommend!
