Clayton
Most people are self publishing these days. How about you? I just finished a new book called Lady blue Snake, based on a Chinese opera and my first was How to Be an Anime Character https://www.amazon.com/Lady-Blue-Snake-Traditional-Chinese/dp/B0FXFZF7NV/ref=sr_1_3?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.O0ab5GHvk02wnqIJZymrm7gEo3t1foq9foUYiG7UM2FT5b2njHlgQZgl_hS16XrfahXWi_Tmabh32CC7wzXJjdW_gdU5DUe3iS76XQX-QXQ94DyHhbaQ4RZ0FpHVeYPim_JIQHPgkZ0eQPsS3-IkVPzVCnOevDHO5ltRJJSvhTkGvV6GDhHbnYFIjYVYnr8oLY3a4znHYFHWCGWXnN3jdwNM1_jrvn6BYLLyDqMEisI.npdcUKMhVTGi-gJhTGIkjnVoKI20WEB_hKBrihdeXXc&dib_tag=se&qid=1762449871&refinements=p_27%3AClayton+Overstreet&s=books&sr=1-3 https://www.amazon.com/How-Anime-Character-Clayton-Overstreet/dp/1441451803/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2TKD3DDFXHUOO&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.KMYkk0yXGxuiQOzeX7T8Jg.QiGqt2jrkBFLDCIsPbrWaJ9atWXmVxcGhgANkSbVJS0&dib_tag=se&keywords=How+to+be+an+anime+character+overstreet&qid=1762449910&sprefix=how+to+be+an+anime+character+overstreet%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-

MikeCme
To be honest, the closest I have come to being published was as an Editor. And it was for a Western style graphic novel, not a manga. A friend of mine wrote and drew (actually analog painted) a graphic novel about World War II. He asked me to help edit the dialogue, and I ended up helping a little with the panel layouts also. He self-published it on Amazon, and he was happy with the process and with the products - both digital & printed. I should add: he’s a retired engineer, like me. And he was more focused on artistic expression than making money.

This year I brought out Lady Blue Snake and Easter Bloody Sunday, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GMQR572L https://www.amazon.com/stores/Clayton-Overstreet/author/B0DC4NNNQV/allbooks?ccs_id=950f59bd-2853-4844-8eea-f4c69eebe6dd https://www.amazon.com/stores/Clayton-Overstreet/author/B00IWDEKO4?ref=ap_rdr&shoppingPortalEnabled=true&ccs_id=aa90c328-c33c-4ca1-8c0c-33c4129979f5&gridSort=date
