While Gintama is more of a comedy anime series, it does have its serious moments of conflict. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood also utilizes intense fight scenes. Orius Posted October 19, 2016 Share Posted October 19, 2016 There's also the Hunter x Hunter remake. Not a fan of HxH myself, but it's received praises everywhere. Lots of exciting action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's exactly what you looking for, awesome action scenes, long adventure and so many friggin episodes. It's also pretty funny at times. If not that then I suggest you go for the greatest anime of all time, One punch man. i don't know if you've already watched it, but if you haven't then you have to.
