SAO LILDOOP Posted November 2, 2017 Share Posted November 2, 2017 (edited) Information regarding this battle. 1: Rem cannot kill no matter what. 2: No outside force of their own accord can kill either Light or Wesker. 3: L is not investigating Light. 4: Non-canon feats are not to influence voting. 5: This battle takes place in an alternate reality intersecting both worlds from Resident evil and Deathnote. 6: Both characters know of one another's ally's and their ability's. Introduction. Warning: This thread is riddled with SPOILERS for Deathnote as well as Resident evil! My favorite anime villain Light Yagami and my favorite video game villain Albert Wesker have quite a lot in common, but who can and will truly become the god of the new world? Versus god versus god, both with their own vision of a new world order, which of these gods will prevail and which will fall to the other's power? 1: The similarity's of Albert and Yagami exposed Wesker and Light both have the same vision despite going about it in different ways. They are both very secretive, powerful and smart. Yagami is infinitely cunning and deceptive and remained a secret to the entire world for so long, he had people working for him and accomplishing his plans for him; he was not caught by L for a very long time despite being in the same confines as him for weeks, and L IS the greatest detective out their. This shows if Light doesn't want to be found out, you are going to have an extremely hard time getting your hands on some evidence. Albert wesker on the other hand faked his death and remained "dead" for a very long time without being found out despite working behind the scenes and playing multiple different corporations for fools. He supposedly died twice, after being found out the first time he again was presumed dead after a steep fall and remained so, working on his divine plans in secret. Yagami used Misa Misa to further and build up his plans, she was a pawn, a play thing. He used her and pretended to love her, just so she could fulfill his wants and bring him coser to god-hood. Wesker did the same, he used Excella Gionne as his pawn, he played her like a fiddle. Using her and making her feel as if he felt something for her, he kept her buy his side and treated her as if she were to become his queen in the new world. Of course he did not want to share his god-hood with anyone, so in the end he infected her with Uroburos as sort of an experiment. She was not worthy to usher in the world along with its new commandments with him. Now although Light never killed Misa he had killed another one of his past "Girl friends" to protect himself. light Yagami killed his own father, it may have been indirectly, but it was still murder. He did it to further his own plans, it was shown he would kill anyone to get what he wanted. He got progressively worse as time went on until it came to the point where he would hold within him the resolve to kill his own family members. Wesker is the darkness that Light became as he progressed. Wesker would kill anyone who got in his way, he was ruthless and unloving, caring only for himself with a sociopathic nature. He started out this way, be it because of brain-washing by Spencer or because of his own self interests at first is not known but it is shown quite soon after that he is not doing this because anyone made him, this is who he is. He kills Spencer and declares that he is the only worthy one to be a god! He and Light alike have seen the world for what it is, a filthy stinking cess-pool, they both saw that it needed to be changed; Although fueled by different feeling at first, Light quickly devolved into what Wesker already was, a murderous sociopath. Light looked to change the world by ridding it of criminals, hypocritically he began his quest to become god which in turn would make him the only criminal on earth. While Wesker sought god-hood to rule over a new people, a perfect breed, infected with Uroburos only the perfect could survive, no weaklings could survive the natural selection. 2: The clash Albert Wesker versus Light Yagami would be a battle for the ages, or would it be the most boring battle ever? Wesker's real parents names are not known and seeing as the Umbrella corporation kidnapped Albert they most likely killed his parents and definitely left no records of them. Albert is Wesker's real name but Wesker is not, so if Light were to write Albert Wesker this would not work. But It would give Wesker the opportunity to strike from the shadows if Light were to believe Wesker dead. Despite all this, it is not like Yagami hasn't killed people whose names were secret before, he witnessed the death of L, he could use Misa Misa to see the real name of Albert. But could he get her close enough to him? How would he do it? He would have to avoid any and all contact with Wesker that could not be supervised or public seeing as he is obviously no match for Wesker in a fight. It would be all about wits, in which Light does have the upper hand, but with Wesker's name being hidden, that makes for a tough situation. With Wesker being as bold as he is, he is a well known character. The B.S.A.A as well as the rest of the world knows about Wesker in Resident evil but without a known name could Light really find out who Wesker is? Their are some possibility's... Seeing as this battle takes place in both the world of Deathnote and the world of Resident evil, the B.S.A.A can be used. Light could make Misa infiltrate them in hopes of finding Albert and seeing his real name, although this would pose a serious and presumably unavoidable threat of death to Misa. He could try to lure Wesker out by killing important pawns is his plans. Wesker has his minions and agents he controls and can send out to do his bidding. But could it be possible he would underestimate Light? Also, Wesker's best men and high level mercenary's would be no match for Light since their names are known. Light would have to come up with a great plan to defeat Wesker and find out his true identity. Wesker on the other hand would merely have to find Light and kill Him, although its not as easy as it seems because with Misa around depending on the situation Light poses a massive threat even in person and with Light's level of intelligence he may be able to hide from Wesker quite well. 3: Voting Vote based on canon events from both Resident evil and Deathnote. Non-canon feats are not allowed, the death note rules are the same as in the anime. Their shall be no bias, vote honestly. Vote using the poll in the OP. Commenting can be used to express thoughts on who and why you think would win but should not be used to cast a vote. 4: Conclusion and later battle plans I shall write here in this very section the winner of this battle when it finally ends, which will be in 2 weeks (2017-11-17) at 12:00 AM. Please read the full OP and if you are not familiar with the characters after reading it because not all powers and the like are included seeing as I did not deem it necessary, feel free to read up on their character wiki's before you vote! As for my battle plans, I plan to make more battles like this later, feel free to suggest any. May the best god win and usher in a New world order!
