Guest Jupiter Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 Really loved this game. Probably one of the best Final Fantasy games I've ever played is Final Fantasy X. Really liked how Tidus went from being a star blitz ball player to becoming Yuna's guardian and vanquishing Sin. The story was really good and it really allows you to grow with the characters. First played this game when it came out on the PS2. I recently bought this game back in December when it was ported over to the PS3. My favorite characters are Yuna, Tidus, Wakka, Lulu Auron and Riku. I did not really care for Khimari or Maester Seymour. Anyone else enjoy this game just as much as I did? Optic Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 I have many fond memories of Final Fantasy X... it was the first Final Fantasy game to have voice acting! It was also the second game I played on my PlayStation 2, alongside Metal Gear Solid 2. Those two titles just blew me away - thinking back how immerse those environments were compared to those blocky PlayStation 1 graphics. I think my most favourite feature was the Aeons, it was nice being able to control them and develop them (to a certain extent) as opposed to just doing a straight summon attack in previous Final Fantasy games. I bought the remaster version on the PSN store for my PS Vita sometime ago, which I should get to playing at some point.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Yuuki_Radosian Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 I enjoyed this game quite a bit but I think I haven't enjoyed it to the fullest because of my (former) older brother , at the time we would away's play games together and he would always steal the PS2 so he could play FFX /FFX-2 when I was playing Kingdom Hearts so (for no reason ) I got upset with the game and my brother. I did re-play FFX later when he wasn't around , and enjoyed it but I still think I have a bit of undeserved anger for it , which dragged down my enjoyment of the game a bit.
