  3. Enola's B extra scene 11 South Korea - Late 2026 Twenty-six-year-old Lee Min-Jae, heir to the wealthy smartphone conglomerate Sungsam, sat alone in his armchair, watching the evening news. The television showed a graph of South Korea’s declining birthrate. Reporter: ā€œSouth Korea’s fertility rate remains among the world’s lowest. Although births have recently begun to recover, the country’s fertility rate remains far below its pre-2020 levels.ā€ The broadcast switched to another report. Reporter: ā€œMeanwhile, gender tensions among young South Koreans remain a major social concern, with significant disagreements between young men and women over feminism, gender equality, and related social issues.ā€ Lee watched silently. His legs were crossed, his right elbow resting on the armrest, his cheek supported by his right fist. …… A knock came from the door. A butler opened it. Butler: ā€œSir. The contestants for the Pussyt Game are now ready.ā€ Lee finally looked up. Lee: ā€œGood. Prepare for the next round.ā€ Lee’s flashback An 18-year-old girl employee broke down crying over her grandfather in the hospital, with medical bills that could not be paid even if she worked for a lifetime. The chairman of Sungsam, his uncle Lee Seung-ho, who was very generous to employees, was talking to her: Lee Seung-ho: ā€œNow, now! I’ll just pay for it.ā€ The girl couldn’t believe what he said. Employee: ā€œR-Really? But… how can I-ā€ Lee Seung-ho: ā€œShhh! No need to worry about it! Plus, your performance is great anyway. Just don’t mention this to my brother.ā€ Employee: ā€œI cannot… I’ll repay you in some way.ā€ Lee Seung-ho: ā€œI said no need to sweat about it! Also, you’re too young and raw for my taste if you’re thinking of something wild, and I’m not a fan of san-nakji. Plus, I have lots of money for lifetime ramyeon anyway, including my grandchild - if my boy even approaches girls, that is…. Seriously, you young people need to meet and have some mixed baths.ā€ Employee: ā€œBut..!ā€ Seung-ho leaned in with a more whispering tone, covering the side of his mouth with the back of his hand: ā€œJust spread the word about this company, okay? We are always hiring!ā€ Later, his older brother and owner of the company, Lee Seong-hoon, was berating Seung-ho. Lee Seong-hoon: ā€œWhat the hell, Seung-ho!? What’s with the cheap prices you offer!? And the increase in salary for our employees too!? Can our materials simply be picked up on the streets!?ā€ Lee Seung-ho responded back but lacked any tension; if anything, he looked amused: ā€œOf course not!~ But I have to ask if our income can simply be picked up on the streets?ā€ Lee Seong-hoon: ā€œBut you make it in a way that we earn even lower than dirt-cheap fake products!! This degrades our family’s name and the company! Act more selfish for once!ā€ Lee Seung-ho: ā€œIt’s because I AM selfish that I’m doing this. You are also adamant on replacing our employees with robots, brother. Tempted by lower expenses?ā€ Lee Seong-hoon: ā€œWe have an image to maintain!! What would competitors think about debasing our quality, even refusing to use robots for basic tasks!?ā€ But Lee Seung-ho’s response was more insulting: ā€œDebasing quality? I don’t know~ admiration, maybe? It must be it, right? I mean, look at the latest robots in China. They look like they need girlfriends for how quiet the stocks are, with flies acting as companions. If you ask me, if anything, I’m improving our quality.ā€ Later, in the contestants’ hall room, everyone was gathered together, all looking grim. The number of contestants is 442. Contestant Man 1: ā€œThis sucks. AI is really an apocalypse catalyst. Can’t even buy deodorantā€¦ā€ Contestant Man 2: ā€œI couldn’t agree more! I mean, even without AI, before COVID it was still an apocalypse with how corporations act like cash black holes. What are they gonna do with that amount of money anyway? Even a fraction of it is more than enough for their business lifetime, plus hot young chikas.ā€ One of the female contestants, around age 18 and looking Western, with a name tag labeled ā€œRuaā€ under number 69, seemed to lack any grim concern: ā€œUgh! Can you believe some asshole tourist committed arson to my food stall over samgyeopsal!? Now I need money to build a store, but no one is lending! Now I have no choice but to participate! Oh well, better to be choo-gi than geo-ji~ā€ Other female contestants: ā€œW-What’s up with you!? Aren’t you aware of our situation!?ā€ Another male contestant nearby seemed to have no energy, full of hopelessness: ā€œShe is not wrong though… Being homeless nowadays is likely worse than death. Still… what the hell.ā€ Two men from a distance: Man 1: ā€œBro, look at that. She seems to be the only Westerner here. And young at that.ā€ Man 2: ā€œYeah… Mediterranean maybe? And she said she owns a store here? That’s new.ā€ Man 3: ā€œForget that! Did she just act like we are having a picnic or what!?ā€ An alarm sounded. Announcer: ā€œAttention all contestants! We will explain the rules of the game. First, in each game you will be divided into two groups and it will last for three days. The survivors will win a fixed amount of money regardless of the number of survivors.ā€ In a separate room, Lee was watching. A flashback Sungsam was having a collaboration with one of the hottest Korean gacha games for their new model of phones. At a stage event for a Korean gacha anime-inspired game, Hemartia Twelve, an announcer shouted: ā€œLadies and gentlemen! We are going to introduce the main singer of Season 2!ā€ ā€œIntroducing Pussy T!ā€ The audience’s applause intensified. A girl around 20 years old with blue-dyed hair stepped in. ā€œGood evening! First, thank you for choosing me as the singer for Season Two of the game *Hemartia Twelve*! It’s a great honor to be part of this awesome community! The name of the song is the embodiment of ā€˜yes,’ and I personally created these lyrics with love!ā€ The trance music instruments started in the background. She began to sing: To the shadow, I say ā€œHello!ā€ To the anger, I watch it flow To the silence, what a sound On this lovely, spinning ground Every part is a perfect piece, A strange and beautiful release And my heart just says ā€œYes!ā€ to it all! To the rising and the fall To the whisper and the roar What could I ever ask for more? It’s just the ocean, in a dream A beautiful, chaotic stream A cage of ā€œshouldā€ and ā€œmustā€ It creaks and groans and turns to dust When a war happens inside their head With all the quiet things unsaid I’d rather dance, I’d rather sway And let the music have its way And my heart just says ā€œYesā€ to it all! To the rising and the fall To the whisper and the roar What could I ever ask for more? It’s just the ocean, in a dream A beautiful, chaotic stream You ask me what the secret is This simple, overwhelming bliss It’s nothing that you have to find Just be unreasonably kind To every single little thing And hear the funny song it sings Just say ā€œYesā€ To all of this. Yes. Loud, happy applause. Pussy T: ā€œThank you! Thank you, everyone!ā€ Later, in the stadium hallway after the performance. Min-Jae is walking when, at a cross-intersection, someone runs from another path and accidentally bumps into him, causing them both to fall. It was Pussy T. Pussy T: Awww~ hey, are you- She realizes who it is. Pussy T: Hey! You’re the rich kid from the Sungsam company! Lee Min-Jae: I have a name, you know. You must be in a hurry if you have to chicken-run like that. Are there reasons to spread the arms too? Pussy T: Oh..! Right! A name! And your uhh… Min-Jae: It’s Lee Min-Jae. Pussy T: Oh yeah! I remember now! I’m Baek Seo-yun! My real name! Min-Jae: Good to know you have a proper name other than that… that nickname or whatever it is. I refuse to say it. Seo-yun: Hey! I came up with it from my Tonkinese cat! Min-Jae: Huh. Apparently I’m not the only rich kid here. Seo-yun: Except I earn my own keep! And I’m not born a child of a corrupt company, hiding behind my parents~ Min-Jae: … What was that? Seo-yun: Oh!- uh! I mean!- I don’t mean you, of course! Min-Jae: Sure… Seo-yun: Anyway, I’m sorry I bumped into you! But I need to go! Ciao! Without waiting for his reply, she runs off. Min-Jae: What’s with the hurry? Present time: First game hall After dividing the teams by picking numbers, the contestants are gathered in a spacious vertical cylindrical room. The bottom consists of several high-speed spinning fans stacked on top of one another, below a fenced floor with a circular hole at the center. Female contestant: Where…! Where are we!? Rua looks down below with a seemingly feigned look of surprise that lacks any real fear: Rua: Whoa! That looks overkill even for a bulgogi factory! Terrified male contestant: No shit, Sherlock! And stop referencing food, you weird girl!! Announcer: Attention, contestants. I’m going to discuss the rules of the first game. The two teams will have to pull the rope at the center in a tug-of-war. A team has to pull the other down into the hollow center. You have two minutes. If neither is successful, the floor will open and both teams will fall! Panic immediately sets in. Female contestant: N-No..! But Rua. Rua: O-may-god! So we ARE the bulgogi!~ The timer starts. Both teams pull the rope. Min-Jae is watching from a room. A flashback Seo-yun is live-streaming with three other voice actors for the demo of new heroes before the second season starts. Min-Jae is one of them. Seo-yun: Did you see how much damage the AOE does to the five tanky heroes at once? She doesn’t even need penetration artifacts! I think…? I feel proud now as her voice actor! Male voice actor beside her: Eh, I don’t know. She’s kinda average, if not sucky, for a new hero. A lot of older heroes can do what she does. A few days later, in Seo-yun’s personal livestream, the chat becomes sour about how she acts. She responds to hate comments, and growing numbers of watchers do not take kindly to her response. Seo-yun reads a comment: ā€œWhat is your view about feminism - what’s with you guys asking unrelated questions about the game? If you ask me, feminism is not about seeing men as your personal property that only exists to serve women like a walking ATM.ā€ She reads other comments. Seo-yun: I agree with you, but women should hold some boundaries, as being vulnerable is very risky and can lead to being dominated by men - yeah, that’s actually a dilemma. You see, the only way for women to be able to defend themselves is to be strong, often responding with the same masculinity, but doing so will also risk losing what makes a woman a real woman. See, I read others talking about balance. While that could be closer to the truth, it can still be portrayed more accurately. I think… it’s like ā€œbalanceā€ is only possible if a certain morality is dropped? And… that’s the hardest? The chats gradually turn into a debate among others divided into groups. Seo-yun: Whoa, okay, guys, can we talk about the game already? Present time in Hall 1: game. The two groups are pulling. Panicking girl: We have to win..! Man in her group: Pull..! Puuull!! Meanwhile, Rua’s team seems to be losing… But her demeanor seems to lack any worry, making comedic grunts and scrunching up her face. Rua: Impossibroooo!!~ We are losiiing!!~ Man in front of her: No..! Noo! Countdown: 9… 8… 7… Man in Rua’s opposing group: Yes!.. We are winning..! We are winning!!.. Countdown: 6… 5… 4… Girl in Rua’s group: Noooo!! Rua: Uruguguuuuuu!!~~ Countdown: 3… 2… 1… Just before the countdown reached 0, the unexpected happened. Rua’s team immediately pulls the other team fast, as if her entire team is colossal metallic machinery that dwarfs the opposing team. The rope didn’t feel like it was being pulled by humans. It felt like the earth itself had tilted, or like they were tied to a descending mountain. …. The other team fell into the fans below, coating almost every blade and the surrounding blades in bright red-colored blood. The remaining team pants from exhaustion, shocked by what just happened. Man: ... What? Rua looks in feigned surprise: Did someone here hit the gym for weights!? You could have done it sooner! Min-Jae’s eyes narrow in suspicion. Min-Jae’s thoughts: ā€œW-what just happened? That looks oddā€¦ā€ Game armed staff watching nearby Game staff 1: Dude… did you see anyone even muscular on their team..? Game staff 2: No… most are girls and the dudes look like real life Bishonen.. What..? Survivors remaining: 221 Flashback: A flashback of Lee Seung-ho doing a live stream cooking while wearing an apron of an anime girl game character from Hemartia Twelve. Lee Seung-ho: Now to finish our Padang satay, we will mix the water with rice flour and… wait, do Indonesians use oyster sauce as an alternative? Min-Jae walks in: Uncle… Lee Seung-ho: Whoa! Wazzup? Min-Jae: Father wants to talk to you. He’s outside. Lee Seung-ho: What now? Sorry, chat, I’ll be right back! Outside the office Seong-hoon: WHAT. THE HELL. SEUNG-HO!! Seung-ho: Whoa! I didn’t use an expensive oyster sauce! I swear! Seong-hoon: Did you just donate a big amount to a charity for the elderly!? Seung-ho: Well, yeah? They have connections with their hot grandchildren and people for potential employment. Good strategy, don’t you think? I’m sure a good salary plus free cooking lessons is irresistible~ Seong-hoon: Since when has throwing money become a good strategy!? Seung-ho: Brother, spending money on people is always a good strategy, even if the cost is higher than machines. You should know by now how many corporations went bankrupt by replacing people. Just try to imagine if we were doing the same back then. Seong-hoon went silent. Seong-hoon: Bah! You better make sure this produces better results. Seong-hoon walks away. Min-Jae: … Is spending money on people a better move? Seung-ho: Perhaps the more accurate phrase is ā€œriskyā€ for better results. …. Seung-ho: ... But you know what? I suspect the risk can only be lowered if you have… what’s really ā€œEssentialā€.. Min-Jae: Essential… Seung-ho: People as a whole are like waves in the ocean, don’t you think? Except… each wave is trying to calm the whole ocean into a state of wavelessness. Min-Jae: Like you mean… authoritarian ways to maintain order? Seung-ho: Or it could be a pretense… it’s possible the rich are unconsciously trying to destroy the world out of revenge. Min-Jae: Revenge for what exactly? Seung-ho: … When you lack the Essential, even the question about how to maintain the balance would be irrelevant. Min-Jae: Balance… Flashback ā€œSeo-yun: Others talking about balance. While that could be closer to the truth, it can still be portrayed more accurately. I think… it’s like ā€œbalanceā€ is only possible if a certain morality is dropped? And… that’s the hardest?ā€ Min-Jae: It almost sounds like no one is even successfully achieving the balance, and every maintained peace is like temporarily suppressing the bombs where the later explosions are imminent and unavoidable. Min-Jae thinks: ā€œSo Essential is the hardest to attain and; any kind of attempt always leads to disastrous outcomes.ā€ Seung-ho: … Does it click yet? If the Essential is elusive even for good, then maybe it’s not far-fetched to say the world will be forever mostly evil. And if Momma Nature never waits… Min-Jae feels like he doesn’t want to imagine some outcomes. Seung-ho: Why become serious all of a sudden? Oh crap - I need to get back to the kitchen! Seung-ho only takes a few steps, then stops. Seung-ho: Remember, Min-Jae, you will always need people. Any kind of closing off to them always leads to self-destruction; even the richest are no exception. Present day, Day 2. The contestants are gathering for the next Game. Most of the 221 are still shocked by what just happened yesterday, most remain quiet. They entered a maze-like room. The divisions between paths are only waist tall to not obscure the whole field and the paths are not too wide, with the floor akin to a glass that could glow or perhaps change colors. The field has two armed wheel robots with humanoid tops. However… The two robots have a face portrait picture on each. One is a picture of a girl in her 20’s with dyed blue hair, the other seems to be a middle-aged man, neither is familiar to the contestants. And in the center of the field a statue akin to a Tonkinese cat holding a white board on top of its head, saying ā€œJustice.ā€ Man: Wh-what now? Man: This is so… so WEIRD! A humanoid robot is one thing, but putting people’s portraits on its face is another! Rua: Umm… you guys are aware of those choog-choog arms that could turn us to bee hives right? Announcer: ā€œAttention, contestants. We will now explain the rules of the second game. There are a total of 221 entrances in the maze, each of which has its own color as a starting point. The entire maze path glows based on those colors, and the paths change color every 10 seconds. The colors themselves are fixed to 4 paths. Anyone who steps outside the color they are in will immediately be chased by the armed Automaton and get annihilated. Your goal is to grab the cat statue at the center within 5 minutes. If no one is successful, the machines will rain bullets on everyone.ā€ Man: ā€œShit, that means we cannot stay on one path for long.ā€ The game starts, and everyone is rushing toward the center to get the cat. 10 seconds later, the paths change color, and 67 people are outside their color. Man: ā€œShitā€¦ā€ The machines immediately shoot the people who are outside. One girl who is outside tries to run away but doesn’t make it. Girl: ā€œNoooo!!ā€ Guns roar: POROOOOOOT!!! Rua: ā€œYikes! Better to memorize the sequence of colors!ā€ 67 contestants were eliminated. 154 remaining. As time passes, some get eliminated every 10 seconds. Rua seems good at memorizing the color sequence and timing without even showing any hints of worry. With 46 seconds remaining, Rua successfully gets the statue. Rua: ā€œI got the Justice cat!ā€ Remaining contestants: 87. One falls to his knees, shaking and panting both in fear and relief: ā€œW-we survived… we’re alive… She may be eccentric, but she’s skilled. Wheewā€¦ā€ Man 2: ā€œNo kidding! She seems to be the most skilled here despite her… odd demeanor.ā€ Rua puts the cat statue in front of her, facing the man. ā€œOiy!~ Who yo callin’ eccentric!?~ Would you like to taste Justice pouncing!?ā€ Female contestant: *sigh* ā€œJust ignore her… We survived. Just one more and we can get the moneyā€¦ā€ Min-jae, at a distance: ā€œā€¦She’s not only good, but she doesn’t show any hints of fear…?ā€ Day 2 Night time Min-Jae is watching alone in a living room. News Reporter: The homelessness for elderly is rising in 2026. Statistics show that numbers are more particularly in Seoul and Incheon Airport. The authorities are still to find a way to solve these issues. Some Incheon authorities are offering shelter but they are rejected. For the overseas news, a paper warehouse in California got burned by an abused employee. The arrested man stated not only is his bonus not given that is supposed to be against the law, but his monthly salary got delayed without proper reason for the company. Investigation reveals the company isn’t facing bankruptcy and only a selected number of employees are given proper payment. The moment the word ā€œfireā€ was mentioned, Min-Jae remembered something he’s not supposed to remember… Day 2, Nighttime Min-Jae is watching alone in the living room. News Reporter: The homelessness of the elderly is rising in 2026. Statistics show that the numbers are higher particularly in Seoul and near Incheon Airport. The authorities are still trying to find a way to solve these issues. Some Incheon authorities are offering shelter, but they are being rejected. For the overseas news, a paper warehouse in California was burned down by an abused employee. The arrested man stated that not only was his bonus not given - which is supposed to be against the law - but his monthly salary was delayed without a proper reason from the company. Investigation reveals that the company is not facing bankruptcy and that only a selected number of employees are being given proper payment. The moment the word ā€œfireā€ was mentioned, Min-Jae remembered something he was not supposed to remember… Flashback Early night. While Min-Jae was walking, he heard a calling. ā€œPsst! Psst! Hey! Rich boy!ā€ When he looked, he saw Seo-yun. Min-Jae: ā€œHuh?ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œI was just passing by. Perfect timing. Can you come with me for a moment?ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œFor… what?ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œCome on! This won’t take long!ā€ Min-Jae follows her. And what he saw… A homeless elderly woman sitting alone on the side of the street. Seo-yun: ā€œGood evening, Eun-ja! How are you?ā€ Eun-ja: ā€œSeo-yun? Why did you come here? I still have the money you gave me last week.ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œI was just checking on you! And I’m thinking of giving you more!ā€ Eun-ja: ā€œOh, heavens no! I don’t want to burden you further.ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œPlease don’t say it’s a burden! Oh, that’s right - this is Min-Jae, a friend!ā€ Eun-ja: ā€œI’m sorry, sir, if I took too much of your time with your girlfriend.ā€ Min-Jae replied: ā€œW-what…? No, we’re notā€”ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œActually, he *is* a bad boyfriend!ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œWhat the hell!?ā€ Eun-ja: ā€œMy goodness… I don’t think I need to hear the details.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œSo… how did you become homeless?ā€ Eun-ja: ā€œMy… pension wasn’t enough after paying the debts on our house. Then my husband died, and our children moved overseas. Eventually, I couldn’t afford the house anymore.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œI… see. Any help from the authorities?ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œShe… refuses. Ever since her husband was killed by a foreign man, she no longer accepts any help.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œā€¦ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œEun-ja, we will come back later, okay?ā€ Seo-yun walks back to the streets toward her house with Min-Jae. Min-Jae: ā€œElder homelessness is rising these few years, huh.ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œYeah… a lot of factors contribute to thisā€¦ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œLike what?ā€ Seo-yun stops walking and pauses. Min-Jae: ā€œHm?ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œHey… do you… blame anyone, or the world, that could be the cause of any unfortunate thing that happened to you?ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œWhat’s… with the question all of a sudden?ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œI just thought… even if someone is the cause of the unfortunate events in your life that never heal, that someone could also be ruined by someone else… right?ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œYeah…? They’re still the cause, though.ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œYes. I’m not saying you shouldn’t blame anyone. It’s more like… blaming alone wouldn’t make you move forward.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œYou have a point thereā€¦ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œYet… moving forward is… probably the hardest. And putting on a ā€˜tough act’ is only covering the wounds… it never heals. Yet society will drag you along regardless. It’s probably the reason why Eun-ja cannot blame her husband’s killer. If anything, she is blaming herself for her current stateā€¦ā€ … Min-Jae: ā€œā€¦You know. Ever since you said you’re earning your own keep, and I’m hiding behind my parents… I’ll be honest, it makes me feel useless.ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œOh, you *should* feel useless if you can’t even earn with your own efforts!ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œW-what the hell…!ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œHehe, didn’t expect that, ya? That brain behind that pretty face could use some shocking.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œMore like bullying!ā€ Seo-yun: ā€œHehe~ā€ …. Seo-yun: ā€œHey, Min-Jae…? If you didn’t make any effort to move forward, and you’re aware of any potential missed opportunities in the past, then even with a tough act, you have no right to blame anyone for your downfall.ā€ Min-Jae’s thoughts: ā€œNo one has the right to blame the world…?ā€ After reaching Seo-yun’s house, a shocking event occurred, with people gathered around. Her house is on fire. Seo-yun: ā€œNo!! Byeol!!ā€ She immediately charges inside the house. Min-Jae: ā€œWait…!ā€ Later Seo-yun emerges from the second-floor window to drop the cat. The fire hadn’t damaged the main frame of the house yet. When she’s about to return to the first floor… Min-Jae felt like his heart stopped for a moment. The house collapsed within a raging inferno. Silence… Min-Jae: ā€œHey… Why are you taking so long… to get out…?ā€ Silence… Min-Jae: ā€œHey… you’re taking too long thereā€¦ā€ He didn’t realize tears had started flowing, and his body seemed to move on its own by instinct. A nearby man tried to stop him. Man: ā€œHey, kid! You’re gonna burn yourself there.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œBUT SHE’S STILL THERE!!! SEO-YUN!!!ā€ When Min-Jae insisted on going in, multiple men tried to stop him. Min-Jae: ā€œSEO-YUN! SEO-YUNN!!!ā€ One day later, two police officers approach Min-Jae while he’s waiting at the police station. Police: ā€œSir, can you come with us…? We’ve pointed to the cause of the incident.ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œā€¦What did you find out?ā€ Police: ā€œApparently, Miss Baek received a death threat from a foreign man who is known to abuse women, after supporting feminism… it’s on the same date her house got burned. Miss Baek also offended others with different views on feminism.ā€ Min-Jae’s tone is dangerously low: ā€œWhere is he…?ā€ Police: ā€œHe’s currently being interrogated at-ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œTake me to him.ā€ Police: ā€œSir, we-ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œTAKE. ME. TO. HIIIIM!!!! DON’T YOU KNOW WHO I AM!!!?? I’M THE SON-ā€ Flashback ā€œSeo-yun: Oh, you should feel useless if you can’t even earn with your own efforts!ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œā€¦ā€ Police: ā€œSir? For now, can we know your name?ā€ Min-Jae: ā€œI’m… no one.ā€ Present day: Min-Jae: ā€œGRAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!ā€ Min-Jae flips the table, sending the nearby bottles of wine flying. An armed staff member rushes in. Armed staff: ā€œSir!? Is everything alright!?ā€ Min-Jae heaves in rage: ā€œIf… if I cannot blame the world, then I’d rather exert justice against the mob…!ā€ Day 3 Final day of the game: The remaining 87 contestants are gathered in an open area. There we were on an island the whole time. Female Contestant: We’re… on an island? Announcer: Attention contestants! We will now explain the rules of the final game. The remaining contestants will be divided into four by voting, and each will be started to each part of the island with provided firearms. The rule is simple: Eliminate the other three teams. Panic sets in: Man: I… I have to find a way to be part of that Rua girl..! Rua: I could be choo-gi this time~ we might need help from whoever the person from the first game who pulled the other team *whistles* The game starts. The teams started making contacts with armed guns. But Rua… BOROOOOOOOOOOOOOTTT!!!! Rua performs well with machine guns with scary speed and accuracy. She has already taken out the other three teams. She fires a bazooka, annihilating an entire team. Male teammate: Bro this girl is more like World War’s most dangerous mercenary than a chef!! Male teammate 2: Maybe I should just hide and let her finish the job just to make it safe. The game ended fast with no casualties from Rua’s team. Silence. Man: Bro… did we win? We won! WE WON!!! We’re rich now! Man 2: Rua saved us!! Rua: No I didn’t! Let’s get this done with so I can start over at the restaurant! Man: Please hire us ma’am! Rua: Hoho~ maybe I should hire an arson beater this time~ OH wait no, we gonna get arrested. Min-jae at a distance: Something doesn’t add up.. She’s too skilled. First the second game, and now-! Min-Jae realized something. Flashback with Rua at first game ā€œDid someone here hit the gym for weights!? You could have done it sooner!ā€ Min-jae: No way! It’s way too convenient for coincidence..! Something is DEFINITELY not right here..! Later for preparation for giving the rewards. The remaining survivors are just outside the streets from the boat ride. Min-jae approaches Rua. Min-jae: Hey. Who are you? Rua: I’m Ruafosnya! But just call me Rua~ Min-jae: ...You’re not hiding anything, are you? Rua: Hiding? Like how many boyfriends I got? Would you like me to be my 69th? Min-jae: That’s… not what I mean. But another strange girl passes by. She has black short hair, wearing mustache gag glasses with opaque spirals with a big nose. She is wearing a wig similar to an old woman, and clothes. In her hand a yellow duck toy, wearing shades and a jacket. Girl in disguise imitating an old woman: I.. Finally found…youuu…chosen of Pocholooo~~ Rua in feigned surprise: Oh my..! Chosen as his girlfriend… !? Min-jae: …. Another weirdo. Girl in old woman disguise: If you hold Pocholo and wish, he’s gonna grant iiiiit~~ Rua: That’s awesome!! Another jackpot! Rua holds a duck ā€œHummmm~~ā€ Then an unexpected thing happened. All 442 contestants appeared simultaneously without transition, sound or effect. Dead man from the first game: What the!? Is this afterlife!? Min-jae’s eyes wide open: What’s going on here!? Rua in feigned comedic outrage: Yea!~ what is going on!? I was wishing for a bad boyfriend!~ this is a scam~! Scam I tell you-! Girl in disguise: The great Pocholo granted thy wish!~ these are bad boyfriends!~ Min-jae: Enough!!! This is not possible to happen! What’s going on!!? No! Girl in disguise: Now that the wish is granted I shall take my leave~ Min-jae: Wait! Rua: Oh well they are alive now! Hey guys! We got the money! We can have 442 mansions!~ Man:..But.. I remember I was falling into that- Rua: Who cares~ you’re alive now! Min-jae: You can’t just- Rua: Why? The game ended!- Min-jae: But- Rua: You seem to be wasting resources to see people suffering, let me tell you a free alternative bub. You could just watch in the distance and see the world burns~ Min-jae: -! Rua: Althoooough~~ I also suspect, you are afraid, that someone could manage to make a world you hated better~ so to make sure it wouldn’t lead to that, you are willing to burn your resources and yourself, faster than the already burning world~ pathetic doesn’t even begin to describe it~ Min-jae: And what do you know!!?? Rua: I only know one thing. You are immature. Min-jae: Gah-! Flashback Lee Seung-ho: It’s possible the rich are unconsciously trying to destroy the world out of revenge. Min-jae:.... Flashback: Lee Seung-ho: Hey Min-jae.. I’m sorry for what happened to Seo-yun. Would you like this Philippine Palabok I made? Min-Jae:.... Lee Seung-ho: You know… sometimes I think there’s more to helping the world. They said transactional is an evil form of relationship. But I dare to say there’s more than that. Min-jae: What? Lee Seung-ho: What if I say… that some forms of evil like transactional, or even nihilism commonly seen are not the real ones and are simply an amplified version in a perverted form? Min-Jae: And your point? Lee Seung-ho: Isn’t that the reason why not many attained the balance like what Miss Baek says? Could it be most are already using an already perverted morality? I was told I was altruistic, but even good is often perverted too. Min-Jae: Good and evil are often perverted? Lee Seung-ho: Don’t think too much about it! Anyway I’ll go to America in three days for our new company branch! Five days later, 2 days after Seung-ho arrived in the U.S. A devastating news happened. Lee Seung-ho was stabbed to death by an outsider man after he tried to give away some cash with a briefcase, and the man took his briefcase to run. It was later revealed the killer is abusive to the company who treats him kindly, unlike the other guy in California who gets abused by his own company.
