Oh I have some Dutch favourites! Stamppot Andijvie! Gosh I love that whenever my mom makes it. Andijviestamppot, raw endive mashed with hot potatoes, served with diced fried spek (a kind of bacon). Usually the side meat are meatballs and you can put some gravy over the meal. I absolutely love this dish! Hete bliksem (literally Hot Lightning), boiled potatoes and green apples, served with stroop (treacle) or tossed with diced speck Another Dutch dinner dish is pannenkoeken (pancakes are named after pannenkoeken), which come in several varieties including poffertjes (miniature pancakes) and spekdik (a Northern variant with bacon). Wentelteefjes (French toast) are the original ones, it's also a Dutch dish! Happy Optic? ;D You have to feed me dutch food.. oh my goodness those sound so damn good!

My favorite Apple product would be the iTouch but I am tempted to get an iPhone 5 for my next phone after being a Samsung user for 8 years. It would be a nice change and it is very easy to use. Looks professional too in my opinion. I don't think I'll ever purchase a Mac laptop.

I went June ish. My ex-boyfriend graduated his "C" school for radiology. He is in the navy and was stationed there. But I also went for the food!

Ishtar, that is so awesome Rant: School is driving me nuts, but I am thankful about the people I meet everyday. Thankful for the children who cried and did not cry when I gave them their flu shots. Thankful for friends who constantly support my nursing journey. Thankful for my underpaid job because on a positive note, it builds character and a great learning experience. Thankful for men who comes and goes in my life. Middle fingers to them, but have a good life anyway. As you can see, I dont need Thanksgiving to remind me to be thankful LOL. Every night I often reflect about things to be thankful for.

those are good goals, vic! I always make a list of 101 things to do in 1001 days, but for long term.. Be a good human being. Haha..

Mm, fish and chips! I like me some battered cod! I have yet to expose my self for more Indian foods, but I will wait for Singapore! I don't trust the Indian cuisines in food courts. I love Vietnamese food as well. Pho, mmm! Crispy foods are awesome. My favorite: chicken skins.. Made by itself! Killing me softly, lol. Some foods I am crazy about at the moment: Eggplant parmesian Steak - Ribeye in Medium Rare A delicious burger that has to have BACON! Burger in sourdough bread that must have avocados. I'm so weird! I made my self hungry! As you can tell, most of my money goes to food. Always worth it

One title is fine.. but I know a lot of people can't choose just one. My favorite book EVER is Wuthering Heights. I can't really explain why because the main female character pissed me off, but the character made me realize a lot of things about passion vs stability in love.

Topic title says it so.. For me, so far.. it is Fetal Frame and the older games of Silent Hill.. Hahaha. Open to recommendations.

Rant: Educating my self with politics so I know who to vote for next election. I misled people in Facebook to thinking I don't give a damn, lol. I think I found my niche in nursing.. Pediatrics! Kids are super fun even if I have to fight some to give their injections. I learned to not feel so bad when they cry. I should feel good about the fact that even if they cry now, they will have a good health later on. But of course I'm open to helping anybody. =) I chose nursing to not only make a living out of it, but utilize it to volunteer work and give teaching. ^^

Curry is super good It is one of the foods that I am testing my taste buds on. Trying to make it spicier and spicier the higher my tolerance gets. Curry katsudon sounds good now

I'd gladly omit some McDee's over here for some of CA's food trucks. Haha, you're right I wish McDonalds would have fresher ingredients that fast foods like In n Out here can kind of do.
