Hey everyone! I’m a small indie game developer, still pretty new to all this. I’ve loved anime since I was a kid, and I’m really excited to finally have a project of my own up and running. If everything goes to plan, the beta of my new game Neon Tokyo 2080 starts at the beginning of December, and I’ll post here in time so you don’t miss it. It’s an anime chibi action-adventure: three teen heroes have to save all of Japan after a rogue AI has taken over the country. I'm currently watching My Hero Academia. At first I thought it was for kids and would take 5–7 episodes, but then it became really cool.

Moral, freedom, psychology, growth. Anime are not a waste. The question is what you take away from them.

Hey, do you also play anime style games? Which ones do you know and can you recommend any, whether chibi or more realistic older looking characters? 2D or 3D doesn’t matter. What would you recommend?

I love stories that show me that even broken people still carry light within them, and that mistakes are part of being human. Honesty, sincerity, depth and a small spark of hope

Currently, I’m watching anime on Netflix because the Crunchyroll app doesn’t work very well on my Samsung Smart TV and additionally requires a Samsung account. So for now, that has to be enough. Still, the selection is quite large.

Danmachi and Black Clover

Hey everyone! I discovered this forum by chance and instantly loved the vibe here. Back in my teenage years I watched pretty much every anime I could find, then took a long break… and about a year ago I fell in love with anime all over again. Now I enjoy watching both new and classic series, and I recently started learning how to edit anime clips as well, which is a lot of fun. I truly believe you’re never too old (42) for anime. Looking forward to great discussions with you all!
