I would definitely recommend Oran High School Host Club as it is an excellent blend of outrageous humor and drama.

My favorite short anime character is Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist.

For me it was the first Naruto series as I found it highly addictive and found myself binge watching it.

Even though he is not a complete dwarf, my favorite short anime character is Edward Elric from the "Fullmetal Alchemist" franchise. He has a good sense of perseverance to work towards restoring his and Al's bodies back to normal. He is also good looking but also flies into outrageous tantrums when others call him "small" or "Pipsqueak".

I really like to watch shonen anime due to their high impact action sequences.

The character that comes to my mind is Edward Elric from "Fullmetal Alchemist", even though the show is not quite as popular in the UK as for example "Attack on Titan", "Naruto" and "Dragon Ball Z". I enjoyed this character because of the sense of his emotionalism due to his such tragic past and that he still bears his sins whilst retaining his unbreakable bond with his younger brother Alphonse.

If I could chose one anime power it would be alchemy (from Fullmetal Alchemist) so that destroyed buildings could be resurrected in no time.
