So unless you got one hell of a commitment in you to watch all those 75 episodes, I'd recommend starting off with Baccano first, as that is only 16 episodes. If you enjoyed those series you might enjoy Gantz , Another , Claymore and Hellsing (both the normal and Ultimate series are brilliant) , that is if you haven't seen them yet. And I've seen the original Hellsing and thought it was okay, but I prefer Ultimate over it any day...even though I haven't finished it. Never heard of Gantz, couldn't stomach Another after finding out it was a Final Desination-esque anime, and I've never seen Claymore, but I heard it was good. Aah I see , I started off on a long running shonen so I got used to long (over 200-300 episode) anime. I haven't finished Gantz myself either but episode one , double decapitation by ways of a train , so it's also (from what I've seen) similar(ish) to Another with more gore so if you're not into gore I wouldn't go near it. Claymore is brilliant it has a great story and the fights are awesome as well also if you do get around to trying Claymore and enjoying it you should try Berserk one of the best (in my opinion at least) the action , story , characters and ending are just amazing. I'll be honest, I've been kinda...on a hiatus from anime for a bit. I still watch a show every now and then, but it's rare. Very rare for that to happen.
