I've been scrolling through a website for cool anime wallpapers and saw this picture and I was hoping someone would know which anime it is. And yes I'm a newb to anime and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me... And I have no idea which language it is as well....

My initial thought was Mio from K-on!, but she has dark eyes. It may not be a specific character, hard to tell with those kind of pictures.

Indeed i've seen this character on many website infact 2 days back i was searching naruto on some random site : --link removed  so i saw this character there too and even there are many more site where you can find and see this character cause its pretty cool
