KaiyaSaysHaiya
so, I think my friend my have implied his father is a alcoholic and I'm not quite sure how to approach the situation. Any ideas/tips on how to ask him about it? It'd be greatly appreciated sorry if this is a, uh, odd request??
Animedragon
I think you need to find out your friends definition of alcoholic. If his father just drinks a bit more than your friend thinks is appropriate then there's a good change his father isn't an alcoholic. If his father says things like "doesn't everyone drink six cans of larger before lunch" then there's a good chance that he is an alcoholic.

It sounds like your friend's father could be on course to becoming an alcoholic.
